Self-Study Orders and Shipping Information:
Q. How do I order a course?
A. If you have not been instructed to order through your training department or association, you have three options for ordering: you may use the order form on this web site, e-mail us at [email protected].
Q. Can you ship my order to a PO box?
A. No. Our standard shipping is Federal Express Ground Service, and they require a physical address.
Q. What are shipping charges for Federal Express Ground Service?
A. An estimate of shipping and handling charges available upon request.
Q. Can my order be shipped in any other way than by ground service?
A. Yes. We offer first-, second-, and third-day delivery.

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. Please allow 7–10 business days from the day you place your order.
Q. Can I track my order online?
A. No. To track your order, please call customer service at 800-262-9699.

A. You have 30 days to return an order if you are not happy with it.

Q. I don’t live in the state where you are located. Why do I have to pay state tax?
A. American Management Association runs seminars and conducts business in a number of states, giving us “nexus,” or a legal tax presence, in a number of locations. Consequently, we are obligated to collect state taxes for every state except the following: Delaware, Mississippi, Montana, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Oregon and South Carolina.

Q. What if I need help with my self-study course? Is there anyone who can assist me and answer my questions?
A. You may e-mail the Educational Services Department at [email protected] or call toll-free at 1-800-262-9699 Monday through Friday. International students may call 1-800-262-9699. You may fax questions or comments to 1-518-891-0368. Educational Services can respond to questions regarding course content, credit, grades, and course selection. Educational Services will acknowledge receipt of all inquiries within 48 hours.
